Old Dominion (9-3) – The Monarchs have surged this year to the point that they are looking for a double digit win season.

South Florida (9-3) – The Bulls bring high tempo and big play ability, making them one of the most entertaining teams in the AAC that even had some big upsets early in the year vs Boise State and Florida.

68 Ventures Bowl – Mobile, AL

Louisiana (6-6) – The Ragin’ Cajuns clawed to bowl eligibility with a late season push, winning their last four games to surprise teams.

Delaware (6-6) – The Blue Hens enter the game with confidence and a disciplined offense that can produce enough points to usually give them a shot.

Thursday 12/18

Xbox Bowl – Frisco, TX

Missouri State (7-5) – The Bears are fueled by a strong passing attack and a knack for pulling out tight wins.

Arkansas State (6-6) – The Red Wolves are no stranger to giving up a fair amount of points, but their offense has kept them in just enough games to capture the bowl bid and be dangerous.

Friday 12/19

Myrtle Beach Bowl – Conway, SC

Kennesaw State (10-3) – The Owls roll in with momentum thanks to winning the Conference USA Championship over Jacksonville State.

Western Michigan (9-4) – The Broncos counter with a reliable defense that keeps most opponents to under 20 points leaving them in striking distance most games.

Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl – Tampa, FL

Memphis (8-4) – The Tigers bring an explosive offense that can light up the scoreboard in a hurry.

NC State (7-5) – The Wolfpack on the other hand rely on defensive toughness and a ball control focused offense to grind teams down.

College Football Playoff First Round – Norman, OK

Alabama (10-3) – The Tide as usual are wildly talented, leaning on a fast developing offense that peaks at the right times.

Oklahoma (10-2) – The Sooners ride an elite passing game and home field advantage into the first high stakes showdown in this year's playoffs.

Saturday 12/20

College Football Playoff First Round – College Station, TX

Miami (10-2) – The Hurricanes flash speed everywhere, especially on defense where they thrive on pressure.

Texas A&M (11-1) – The Aggies combine power rushing with a stifling front seven although they tend to turn the ball over more than get turnovers.

College Football Playoff First Round – Oxford, MS

Tulane (11-2) – The Green Wave continue to impress with disciplined execution and a fearless offense that led them to the American Conference Championship.

Ole Miss (11-1) – The Rebels have had a bumpy ride the past month after mutiple coaches left for LSU but with a high octane offence and home crowd energy they continue to push for playoff glory.

College Football Playoff First Round – Eugene, OR

James Madison (12-1) – The Dukes are the ultimate newcomer threat, featuring a strong defense that has been noticeably talking since getting the final playoff spot.

Oregon (11-1) – The Ducks bring in high level quarterback play and blistering speed on both sides of the ball to pile on top of their homefield advantage.

Monday 12/22

Famous Idaho Potato Bowl – Boise, ID

Washington State (6-6) – The Cougars live through the air with an offense that can put up points immediately.

Utah State (6-6) – The Aggies counter with resilience and opportunistic playmaking that keeps them in wild games.

Tuesday 12/23

Bush’s Boca Raton Bowl – Boca Raton, FL

Toledo (8-4) – The Rockets boast one of the MAC’s strongest defenses and a veteran QB to lead the offence.

Louisville (8-4) – The Cardinals have had an up and down year but their explosive skill players can flip momentum in seconds.

New Orleans Bowl – New Orleans, LA

Western Kentucky (8-4) – The Hilltoppers sling the ball at will with their trademark air raid style.

Southern Miss (7-5) – The Golden Eagles didn't finish the regular season how they wanted after dropping their last 3 games but can change all of that with a strong performance here.

Scooter’s Coffee Frisco Bowl – Frisco, TX

UNLV (10-3) – The Rebels are coming off a loss in the Mountain West Championship but still have had a top level season behind a dynamic offense that loves to push the tempo.

Ohio (8-4) – The Bobcats made a coaching change less than a week before after the school found the former coach violated terms, so now it will be on veteran leadership and a stiff defense to keep the team in it.
