Raiders Kick Off Preseason Tonight + Offseason Overhaul

The Las Vegas Raiders finally take the field tonight in their 2025 preseason opener under new head coach Pete Carroll, facing the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field—a nostalgic homecoming for both Carroll and QB Geno Smith.

This offseason brought major changes:

• Pete Carroll took the reins as head coach—now the oldest coach in the NFL at age 73.

• Geno Smith was acquired via long-anticipated trade, reuniting him with Carroll.
