Opening Round Matchups Set
The action begins Friday with two opening round games.
Troy and West Virginia will have the honor of kicking off the 2026 Men's College World Series. Both teams are seeking their first national championship, making the matchup a battle between two programs looking to continue historic seasons.
Later Friday, Ole Miss and North Carolina square off in what could be one of the most intriguing games of the opening round. Both programs have championship game experience and possess the talent to make a deep run.
The remaining first round contests take place Saturday.
Oklahoma and Alabama will meet in a matchup featuring two teams that have been playing some of their best baseball during the postseason.
