Las Vegas Aces Seize Game 3 Road Win To Take 2–1 Lead Over Indiana Fever

Las Vegas Aces Take Game 3 in Indiana

The Las Vegas Aces showed their grit on the road. In Game 3 of the semifinals, they silenced a rowdy Indiana crowd with an 84–72 win to take a 2–1 series lead over the Fever. Jackie Young led the way with 25 points, while Nalyssa Smith pitched in 16, Chelsea Gray had 15, A’ja Wilson added 13, and Dana Evans netted 10 of her own. The Aces forced 14 turnovers and kept the Fever under 36% shooting to flip home-court advantage back in their favor. It was a necessary performance in the best of 5 series on the road as they now have two chances to close it out and move on to the championship.

Game 4: Closing Time in Indianapolis

Game 4 tips off tomorrow in Indiana, and the stakes couldn’t be higher for the Fever. Las Vegas sits one win away from punching its ticket back to the WNBA Finals, while the Fever are fighting to extend their season to a decisive Game 5 back in Vegas. Expect the Aces to lean heavily on Wilson, Gray, and Young to carry their balanced attack and silence the crowd early. Indiana will look to rekindle Kelsey Mitchell’s scoring spark and ramp up defensive pressure to slow Vegas’s ball movement. The Fever’s crowd is sure to be loud, but if the Aces can execute as they did in Game 3, they’ll be in prime position to finish the job.
