The Pistons staved off elimination in the NBA playoffs with a narrow 106–103 win against the Knicks. Cade Cunningham led Detroit with 24 points and 8 assists, while Ausar Thompson added 22 points. Jalen Brunson's and Karl-Anthony Towns only combined for 33 points for New York which weren't enough to close out the series tonight taking it back to Detroit for game 6 with the Knicks leading 3-2.
Boston Celtics 120, Orlando Magic 89
The Celtics dominated the Magic, securing a 120–89 victory to win the series 4–1. Jayson Tatum led Boston with 35 points and 10 rebounds, while Jaylen Brown pitched in 23 points. Boston advances to the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
Denver Nuggets 131, LA Clippers 115
Jamal Murray exploded for 43 points, leading the Nuggets to a 131–115 win over the Clippers and a 3–2 series lead. Nikola Jokić added a triple-double with 13 points, 10 rebounds, and 12 assists. The series shifts back to Los Angeles for Game 6.
